Chinese New Year 2010

This year's pre-Chinese New Year was much less extravagant then previous. All we did was:

Soak Ourselves in Prespiration, Shopping in Chinatown:-

Look at my 4year old boy (in yellow shorts),
who totally ignored his walked-away Father and Brother;
Completely mesmerized by his favourite Lion Dance Heads Displayed at the Shop Front! *laugh*

The beautiful Decorations...

And the thousands of people! We were literally pushed along.
Had no chance to take a photo of how sandwiched we were
between people of all races and tourists.
But once we managed to get out of that uncomfortable zone.....
- SNAPPED, I took a quick shot!

=========================

And watching long queues of people....
just to get a box or a DOZEN boxes of "Rou Gan"
(barbecued sliced pork). *faint*

Today my family is going to have reunion dinner at a very special place. For the very first time, we decided to have our reunion dinner OUTSIDE! *wink*

Its a BIG change for us.... *Smile*
