Men Can't Figure Out What Women REALLY Want???

Understanding woman may be a really tough thing for most men.
Well, that is because we are wired differently up there (brains).
Just like the post, which I shared last year, "A Powerful 2hours to Fix Your Marriage." , women or men are really NOT difficult to understand.

The crucial point is did you take TIME to understand?

Hubby understands me very well.
Sometimes, TOO MUCH!
*laugh*
Even when I want to give him a surprise, he knows it before its revealed.
Maybe my acting skills REALLY NEED IMPROVEMENT!

He is a man and I'm a woman.
We understand each other.
Simply because we COMMUNICATE!
Not Talk!
Not Hear!
We Speak to be Understood
and Listen to Understand.

During the dating period and the first few years of marriage, there were misunderstandings.
Time was the issue.
We hardly have time together.
Mostly on the phone.

After we began our retail business, we had each other 24/7 almost!
That was when REAL communication began.

We learned each other's habits and TRIGGER POINTS.
We learned how far we can stretch each other's patience.
We learned what made each other happy, laugh, satisfied.

We learned....
Marriage does not end after the marriage vow was taken in the wedding suit/gown.
Marriage is a learning process that begins right after that.

Seriously,
if you tell me that you do not really understand your spouse (anymore),
check how many hours do you spend with him/her.
That is the biggest clue to your issue.

Some people probably find it WAY too hard to LEARN to understand women and hence the invention of :-------

 My first response was "Seriously?!"
We are humans!!!!
Not robots!!!
Why do we need technology or devices to help us understand our Loved Ones?!
We Need Time and HEART!!!!
Not some funny gadget!

The Unwelcomed Visitors are Growing in Size....

There are always 'unwelcomed visitors' in this temporary home of ours.
I remembered having to fight a lizard in the wee hours on our first day here, then cockroach on the fourth day and there after it was flying insects of all sorts.

No....... don't get me wrong.
I am NOT complaining.
They do not bother me much.
The kids?
They are totally amused by them. Afraid of them, screaming at the top of their voices most of the time, yet always taking a step forward to have a closer look to satisfy their curiosity. Its hilarious watching them interact with the 'surprise visitors' here.

Today, the biggest of all unwelcome visitors so far for the past 2+ months of staying here.

Come, meet Miss Moth!

After taking this shot of her, I wanted to show you how big she is, so I reached for a fifty cent coin and placed it beside her.

But when I was putting down the coin beside her, I think I dropped it too loudly and it frightened the hell out of her!!!!
To her horror and mine and the kids, whose hearts nearly came out of their mouths, she started to flutter madly around when my fingers were less than 5 cm away from her!!!!

*SCREAM*

...................

*SCREAM*

.................

Then She Play Dead!

*HUGE LAUGH*

Me: "I think I gave her a heart attack."

Kids: "She fainted!!!!" *giggle*

It was a perfect chance for me to place the fifty cent coin again and take a quick shot before she decides to stop acting dead. *laugh*

She was TRULY in a GREAT ACTRESS : she continued to lie there motionlessly for a long while, even after the photo shoot. *giggle*

So much so that my elder son got fooled by her act and thought she was really dead!
Thus, confidently he came down from the long standing on the sofa.
And THAT thunderous thud made by my son's foot resurrected her!!!
Can you imagine how loud he screamed?!!! *SUPER HUGE LAUGH*

I think if his bladder was full, he would probably have peed in his pants! *huge laugh*

This time she fluttered her wings madly once again, but headed towards the right direction, the windows. *smile*

Bye Miss Moth, thank you for the entertainment you gave my boys.....

The difference between 'COMPLETE' and 'FINISH'

A friend of mine sent me this and though I giggled throughout the whole thing, there are a lot of hard truth in it.
ENJOY!

The difference between 'COMPLETE' & 'FINISH'.
People say there is no difference between
 'COMPLETE' & 'FINISH'.

But there is
!

When you marry the right one, you are COMPLETE.
And when you marry the wrong one, you are FINISHED.
And when the "right one" catches you with the "wrong one", you are
"COMPLETELY FINISHED"!!

And that is your English lesson for the day.

Just For Laughs - Giving Up Wine

My lovely neighbour sent me this email the other day. I had a great laugh and thought of sharing it to brighten your day EVEN MORE. *wink*

Giving Up Wine

I was walking down the street when I was accosted by a particularly dirty
and shabby-looking homeless woman who asked me for a couple of dollars for
dinner.

I took out my wallet, got out ten dollars and asked,
'If I give you this money, will you buy wine with it instead of dinner?'

'No, I had to stop drinking years ago',
the homeless woman told me.

'Will you use it to go shopping instead of buying food?' I asked.

'No, I don't waste time shopping,' the homeless woman said.
'I need to spend all my time trying to stay alive.'

'Will you spend this on a beauty salon instead of food?' I asked.

'Are you NUTS!' replied the homeless woman. I haven't
had my hair done in 20 years!'

'Well, I said, 'I' m not going to give you the money.
Instead, I'm going to take you out for dinner with my husband and me
tonight.'

The homeless Woman was shocked. 'Won't your husband be furious with you for
doing that? I know I'm dirty, and I probably smell pretty disgusting.'

I said, 'That's okay. It's important for him to see what a woman looks like
after she has given up shopping, hair appointments, and wine.'

*Huge Laugh*

Nobody-Wondergirls (H1N1 version)

Ok, I shared the Super Infectious Song 'Nobody' from Wondergirls 2 weeks ago on my weekly meme Song Sharing Sunday.

Today I 'die die got to' (Singlish way of saying 'Must') post this super cute version of the song.
Though super funny, but the message is IMPORTANT alright?!
Yes, the lyrics are different now, but the song remains infectious boy!
In fact, my boys prefer this version now!!!!
*huge laugh*

I'm adding 'Singlish' in this post because the song is soooooo Singlish....
*huge laugh*

What Is P.S.?

Ever wonder what does P.S. mean?
Why is it written at the bottom of all the writings every time?

My curiosity bugged me today.
My laziness stopped my fingers from tappity-tap on the keyboard,
to find the answer on Wikipedia.
Instead,
my ever active mouth asked,
"Dearie do you know what does P.S. stands for?"

"Pet Society."

*Faint*

***Pet Society is a Facebook game. Good Lord, help my man....

You Must Die!!! Cassanova!

Your favourite time of the year is here
When there is plenty of sun and rain

You will never fail to visit
To show your affection again
That has never quite ended anywhere near
"Happily Ever After"

For so many years
I did what I could
To prevent your admission
But you have grown cleverer
You penetrated through all my walls of prevention

You come and go
Like a Casanova would
But never did you expect
I wish you were dead

For nights you came to me
Like a clingy ghost I never wish to see
For days you zoom pass me
The annoyance I wish could cease

For 3 days
You left 13 marks on my right
8 on my left

I swept you away
But you didn't get the hint
I hit you hard
And you thought I was playing

Yesterday
I had enough of your nonsense
I laid a trap
And you fell for it

Innocently you came
I closed the door behind for privacy
You couldn't wait
And kissed me deeply thrice

I was ready to return you your WELL DESERVED TREAT

You didn't like my plan
You ran away from me
You tried at every corner of my bathroom

Your memory failed you
I had locked the door behind me
You were doped by your desire for me
You didn't even notice that the windows were shut too
There was no escape this time

You died under my Yi-Zhi-Shen-Gong
The ever famous One-Finger-Power Kung Fu from Shaolin

YOU!
The revengeful soul
The undying spirit
I knew you would send your father
To avenge your death

Yes!
He was angry
He was smarter
He could read my mind better
No trap could lure him

The experienced one was out to get me
But the old man's luck ran out
Plunged 5 attacks on me
And that was all he has got

For the next moment he was buried in my blood just like you were.

Rest in Peace
You father and son
But I know the battle has just begun

With supernatural powers
You will inform your family
Your relatives
Your friends
To avenge for your deaths

I just saw one flew across my monitor
As I type this long tribute to you two
The game is on
I'm ready

For MY FAMILY
I will fight
And slap everyone whom you send
to end in your same plight

Ha!

My friend did the video for me
See my profile picture on my blog's left sidebar?
He replaced ChunLi's face with my photo.

So there you have it, me as ChunLi, FIGHTING!
*huge laugh*
I couldn't find another photo of myself with a not-so-wide-smile...
I think I look like a monster!!!!

Just compare it with the pretty image of ChunLi and you'll have to agree with me that I DO LOOK LIKE A FREAK!
*laugh*

Oh Well...

Some jokes are rather meaningless, but when its told to the right audience, you do get the response you want.

Heard this from today's 'Johnny and the Sprites'...

"Why is 6 afraid of 7?"

"Because 7 ate 9!"

(7 - 8 - 9)

Allan didn't get it... Ooooo....I hope you got it the way I did in that split second.... Oooooo.... *fingers and toes crossed*, or this post would look really lousy! *pout*
