2009 was the big turning point in my life The year I Unleashed the Power Within me through Tony Robbins. He taught me something very powerful and it changed my life Tremendously! The power of Visualizing!
Though
the video below may not be from Tony Robbins, but the things that were said gave
me goosebumps as it brought memories of me among the thousands in that
big hall listening to every word Tony Robbins said over those 4 nights.
The following are the key points from the video, with some of my added thoughts:

We, as humans, has something that no animals have, and that is called IMAGINATION.
Imagination allows us to see 'it' BEFORE it happens.
Go into 10 years later, 20 years later, and 'see' yourself actually becoming the person you want to be.
Take 30mins.
Go into a room.
Find a quiet corner.
And start imagining......
Its not just you who have problems and issues to settle. Everybody who has ever been great and successful, has obstacles to overcome and barriers to climb.
Live in your future.

Understanding woman may be a really tough thing for most men.

During the dating period and the first few years of marriage, there were misunderstandings.
Time was the issue.
We hardly have time together.
Mostly on the phone.
After we began our retail business, we had each other 24/7 almost!
That was when REAL communication began.
We learned each other's habits and TRIGGER POINTS.
We learned how far we can stretch each other's patience.
We learned what made each other happy, laugh, satisfied.
We learned....
Marriage does not end after the marriage vow was taken in the wedding suit/gown.
Marriage is a learning process that begins right after that.
Seriously,
if you tell me that you do not really understand your spouse (anymore),
check how many hours do you spend with him/her.
That is the biggest clue to your issue.
Some people probably find it WAY too hard to LEARN to understand women and hence the invention of :-------
My first response was "Seriously?!" We are humans!!!! Not robots!!! Why do we need technology or devices to help us understand our Loved Ones?! We Need Time and HEART!!!!

Ever wonder why do we wear our wedding rings on our 4th finger?
Why not any other finger?
And why does it have to be the 4th finger on the left hand?
Why not the right hand?
Someone once told me that there is a vein in the 4th finger on our left hand that leads to the heart, thus the wedding ring is worn on the 4th finger on our left hand because our spouse is the one who won our heart over. So much so that we chose to take the vow to stay with him/her for the rest of our lives.
However, I came across this video and found its explanation really impressive.
I guessed you love my family too much! So much so that you want YOUR FAMILY to stay with mine! Though you and your family do not take up much space, I still do NOT want to share my home with you. I understand that your young ones will leave once they are older, but from now till the arrival of that day, I do not welcome your offsprings to be anywhere near my boys.

Hanging my clean laundry on bamboos to dry, has been a practice since young. I believe its NOTHING NEW to anyone living in Singapore.
Yet, this is the FIRST TIME I had insects trying to build their nest INSIDE my bamboos!
If you turn up the volume of your speacker, you would be able to HEAR the fluttering sound of its wings, even when it was inside the container.
I can only imagine how noisy it would be if its family flies around my house in future. I had to put a stop to it!
I'm sorry I had to capture you and ceased your operation. I know you are ANGRY with me, as I can see you rubbing your 'fists', like how a thug would crack his knuckles before a fight. (see video at 1:06) *laugh*
In order to prevent its friends or relatives to come here for revenge, by building THEIR nests in my bamboo too, I had stuffed plastic bags inside all my bamboos.
I hope there will NOT be any other spots/things in my house which would pose as a home building ground for them anymore.
Though this may SOUND REALLY ABSURD, but it really worked for me!!!! 3cm off in 5mins!!!
Some of you might be saying, "Hey I lie down MORE THAN 5 mins each day, but my waistline increases and NOT decreases."
Well, you need to LIE DOWN with STYLE !!!!

I am sorry that I could not do a full translation of the entire video, but the main idea (which starts at 4:22 of the video) goes like this:~
We need to:
Lie down on our back.
Use a thick rubber band that is so commonly used for tying hair to tie the two biggest toes together.
Stretch out your arms, lay them on the floor, above your head, with fingers/palms touching each other.
Place a pillow under your lower back.
Make sure your butts touch the floor.
Stay in this position for 5mins.
So why does this work?
As we age, our muscles become weaker and/or our intestines become heavier, therefore we are unable to maintain the 'slimmer' figure or proper posture, which we once had when we were younger. Thereafter, our hip bone becomes tilted and our abdominal muscles gets even weaker. Thus, the lower abdomen protrudes.
As the video reaches the end, you can see how this ULTRA SIMPLE 5min regime can do for your tummy.
The results are IMMEDIATE!
No doubt the FASTEST and EASIEST way to slim down that LOWER ABDOMEN!
My question is "Will it last?"
I think so...if its done on a daily basis!

I am far from being athletic, though back in my Secondary school times, I had won a mini-trophy for long distance run.
Although I seldom workout but I sure love to watch the Olympics!
My favourite event has to be the Women's Artistic Gymnastics which will be on Sunday 29th July 2012!

Wanna know what it is like to stay in my house?
Let me give you a few minutes of what it is like with this video...
I have to put up with this for 6 days a week.
They were given the permission to make as much noise as they want from 7am to 7pm by the higher authorities.
There was once when they continued to make so much noise even when the clock showed 7.30pm and did not show signs of calling it a day.
My hubby picked up the phone and called the authorities.
1minute after he hung up, they stopped.
Good, it worked!
Few minutes later, the authorities called back and said they were going to give them a warning.
After that, no more loud noises after 7pm sharp!
*thumbs up*
Though my house is on a higher level, it is still a problem to hear each other when all doors and windows are shut.
That is how HORRIBLE it is!
TV volumes go way up high.
Everyone is shouting at each other, but we are actually talking to one another.
My house is ALWAYS dusty.
So cleaning can only be done after 7pm.
But my house can and will only stay clean for 12hours, before everything starts all over again at 7am!
*eyes rolled*
Its definitely A MAD HOUSE!
Need to take lots of deep breathes to keep ourselves cool...
