Tip 18 of 21
Quit Complaining!
If only I could just type those two words again. Alright, I shall do it.
Quit Complaining!
Did you know that our stress level increases whenever we say or comment something negative?
So use that energy in complaining and change it to energy to think of a solution.
Use that time of complaining to get down to specific actions to improve the situation.
Isn't that a more efficient way to get things done and eventually remove the thing that is stressing us up?
When things don't go your way, you either get bitter or better. What's your choice?

Quiz - 32
During a recent school reunion, four men were discussing their starting salaries back in 1992. The salaries in question were, 8, 10, 12 and 14 thousand pounds per year. Of course the MP earned the most. Alan earned more than Brian and the doctor earned more than Derek, the vet. Charles could not remember what he started on. Brian, the lawyer, did not start on £10,000 nor did Derek. Can you determine who has which job and their starting salaries?

My Very Own 21 Stress Free Tips
Tip 17 of 21
No man is an island.
Share your troubles with others.
Others who are related or not related to the issue.
Find people who often give you insights or clear your mind.
Keep this Group intact.
So that whenever you face a similar issue, go back to this group.
It is NOT surprising to have different groups for different aspects of your life.
A problem shared is a problem halved.

My Very Own 21 Stress Free Tips
Tip 16 of 21
I call this the "Admit It" tip.
Many people think that they can take in whatever that they are doing and MORE!
They TRULY believe that they can.
I have no doubt on that either.
But when they realise that they cannot, after trying, they refused to acknowledge because of pride.
Because to them, a promise is a promise.
By breaking a promise, its bad for their image or integrity.
Can I be harsh here and say "That's Bull Shit!"
Many people care too much about their image and their 'name' that they choose to stretch themselves all the way till they LITERALLY FALL SICK!
*Shake Head*
Admit it that you cannot when you realise you are thrown off balance.
Admit it that you have to stop doing when you realise you can no longer prioritize.
Admit it and delegate (tip14) or 'return' the tasks back to the person who gave them to you.
Pride, to me is a pitfall to many and in this case it is definitely a big stumbling block!

***Warning! This is challenging. *wink*
The four people in this puzzle all competed in different classes of dog agility at a recent competition. The competitions all required the dogs to run over jumps, through tunnels and various other obstacles in as quicker time as possible. Each had a different result - one came first, one third, one fourth and one ninth. All four dogs were each of a different breed.
Can you work out who handled which dog, at what level each competed, the place each finished in and the breed of each dog?
1. If Tiff finished first then Terry finished fourth.
2. If Terry finished fourth then Jago is a collie otherwise Jago is not a collie.
3. If Jane competed in the Senior class then she finished third.
4. If Jane competed in Novice then she finished fourth.
5. The dog that finished ninth was an alsatian. This was either Jago, in which case Jago competed in the Elementary class, or this was Kelly, in which case Terry handled Kelly.
6. Mark won Starters.
7. If Mark's dog is called Patti then Patti is a labrador otherwise Patti is a collie.
8. Ruth's dog is called Jago.

My Very Own 21 Stress Free Tips
Tip 15 of 21
This may seem really weird for some. But it works for me.
When I am feeling stress, I like to throw things away. I like to look at my drawer or cupboard or storeroom and start clearing the unwanted stuff.
Its amusing how what seemed important before could seem "Hey I don't need this at all man! Should have thrown this away long ago." when I am stressed up.
Its funny for me to realise that I can do better spring cleaning when I'm stressed up. I can tell better what need to be kept and what should not.
And as I throw more things away, the stress level decreases. It feels as if I am throwing my stress away.
Most importantly, after that, a more organised or de-cluttered drawer, cupboard or storeroom becomes so refreshing. *Smile*
When your eyes see something rewarding, your emotion improves.

A Waste Of Time?
During my days in Canon, I had been supporting clients of all sorts. Now with my new 'job', I am supporting clients of all sort again. And in both cases there is always this group of people which really piss me off!
They have already done something. But they would ask me how to do it. To me, their main concern is to DOUBLE CHECK if their steps were done correctly, I would rather they tell me what they have done and check with me if their steps were correct, and NOT to just ask me "How do I do this?"
'Cos this simple question tells me blankly that the questioner does NOT know what to do.
To give instructions to all the steps can be really tedious on my end. But I am ALL WILLING to help lost souls. Thus such tedious is no big deal at all, so long as the lost sheep is back to the herd.
But for people who have done it already yet just want to 'double check' their steps and NOT tell me so, I would presume that they do not know what to do and I had to list from step 1 to step 10 for them.
Don't you think this is a waste of my time? 'Cos this person is taking up my time from someone else who REALLY needs my help. Or can I just excuse this person and label him/her as an inexperience questioner?
*eyes rolled*
***A little rant from a very committed customer support personnel.

Albert is a keen dog admirer and over the years has had a number of dogs. He has had an Alsatian, a Dalmatian, a Poodle and a Great Dane, but not necessarily in that order. Albert had Jamie first. The Dalmatian was an adored pet before the Great Dane. Sammy, the Alsatian, was the second dog Albert loved. Whitney was housed before the Poodle and Jimmy was not a Great Dane. Can you tell each of the dogs' name and the order in which Albert had them?

Do you do this to your Prawn too?
I do not like to eat Prawn which are not un-dirted. I wonder if I had just created a new word: "un-dirted" *giggle*
I would remove the dirt from the back of the Prawn and even the tummy of the Prawn before I cook them.

My Very Own 21 Stress Free Tips
Tip 14 of 21
I find it really hard to do this in the past. I have the typical self-employed characteristic - "No one can do my job better than me." Observe any self-employed person and you would realise that this characteristic is extremely prominent. They are never truly satisfied with the works of others when others are doing their job.
It is NOT wrong, its just extremely exhausting.
My MIL is another perfect example. She chooses to do all things on her own and when she is overworked, she complained that others are not helping. Yet, when others offer to help, she insists that she does the chores on her own. Conflicting emotions = Stress.
Learn to trust others.
Everyone has their own way of doing things.
Learn to delegate your chores to them.
Everyone loves to help without being criticized.
So please learn to delegate your tasks to others. No one is super human. We need rest. *Smile*
