My Very Own 21 Stress Free Tips

This is NO JOKE.
It really works!!!
I learned in Anthony Robbins' seminar on how healthy living does eliminate stress and uplift the mood of a person.

Exercise!
Drop that cigarette!
Drop the frequent drinking!
Eat healthily!

Here are some foods that can counteract Stress:
  • Almonds
  • Pistachios
  • Walnuts
  • Avocadoes
  • Skimmed milk
  • Oatmeal
  • Oranges
  • Salmon
  • Spinach
Now, don't start over-doing it alright? Don't start eating nothing else but these ok?
