Chinese New Year Decorations 2013

Ok, I believe this is going to be a very short post.
*laugh*
A post just to HELP me to get the blogging engine starting again.

Didn't I just complain mention that I did not like the Christmas Decorations a month ago because it looked more like its for Chinese New Year instead of Christmas? See post "Orchard Road Christmas Lights 2012"
This year's Chinese New Year decoration at Chinatown is the most disappointing one to me too.
What has happened to the creative team that is incharge of festive seasons decorations???
*pout*

We went there last Friday, 25th January and my elder son said "The person who came up with this idea probably plays MINECRAFT too!"
*huge laugh*

I think there is a HIGH Possibility!

*laugh*

Just look at this:

 Went there before 6pm to beat the crowd that usually starts pouring in after that.

It feels good to be able to BREATHE fresh air.... and not the smell of prespiration.... *giggle*

 

To my surprise, the Chinese New Year decoration 'behind' all the buzz is so much nicer than the 'red boxes' that we saw when we came!

Nice!

 

At least something really nice bid us farewell before we left with a car boot filled with CNY goodies.

I have a lot on my mind today.
Its a mess actually.
Sad to say, I have NOT gotten back the momentum to blog.
My parenting blog is still quiet after a month.
New house, new school schedule, new tasks at home, etc
I seemed to be still floating around like a ghost.

I have moved in here for more than a month and yet my updates of my house renovation is still stuck at the second last week of completion.
*sigh*

I realised its the little things

Feeling emotional today... and I think,
If I only had today to live...  

I wanna take this opportunity to say Thank You 
to the one as young as 5 to the one as old as 65...

Song Sharing Sunday #205 - Ma Ya Hi ~ O-Zone

My in-laws came to my new house today.
The four walls were rocked with pure joy, from beginning till the end!

My eldest niece came 4 hours later than the rest.

So my other 2 nieces and nephew, battled it out on XBOX.
It was fun, cheer and laughter all the way.

After my eldest niece finally came with her parents,
the noise level in my house definitely increased many folds!
It pleases my heart to know that everyone was having a great time together.

That's what families should be, isn't?

My eldest niece, who obviously have lots of rhythm in her soul, shone like a star when she was dancing to the many songs in DANCE CENTRAL 2 and 3.

And DC made me realised that my 2nd niece also likes to dance.
To me, she had always been the 'shy-shy' type of girl.
I was pleasantly surprised that she requested for DC when the other two younger ones were going crazy with SPORTS.

And this was the song my 2nd niece liked to dance to.....
