Force yourself to slow down!
Ever done that to yourself?
We are such perfectionist sometimes.
We can be really cruel to ourselves sometimes too.
Raising the standards way too high for ourselves to reach, least to say to attain it.

"Force" is the word here, my friends.
Force yourself to slow down.
Force yourself to rid that perfectionism.
Force yourself to relax that standard.

And you will find satisfaction is in achieving the little milestones.
