Some people suggest that one of the best way to handle stress is to think of the worst case scenario and make plans to face it. I'm sorry, but as a student of T. Harv Eker and Anthony Robbins, I do not agree with this.
Because what I learn from them is, the more you focus on something, the more you will be moving towards that direction.
I am going to change this a little and say think of ALL possible scenarios.
Be Flexible!!!
In every scenario that you can think of, what or how would you react?
What is the most ideal action you can take when each situation present itself?
When you are prepared, you will handle the issue better and thus your emotions too.
