Progress of New House - Update 4

1st November = New Month = New Tiles for my New House!

Previously in the post "Progress of New House - Update 2", I showed you the small sample piece of the tiles we chose, now here's the full size.

Living Room Tiles

The Mosaic to 'hide' the crack on the wall...

We ordered EXTRAs so that IF the crack surfaces again, we can use the extras to mend the new cracked parts.

Kitchen Floor Tiles

Toilet Floor Tiles

Toilet Wall Tiles - Hubby's Choice and there was no other substitute for his love for this tile. *smile*

Actually I just realised that both of us focused alot on how our toilets look like, especially the toilet in our Master Bedroom. He insisted on the wall tile design above and I insisted on the blue floor tile. There was little or no room for discussion or compromising when it comes to our choice of TOILET tiles.

Thank goodness our focus were on different parts of the toilet, or else a WWF match would have occurred. *laugh*
I insist on a blue and white theme TOILETs and because of that, we had to HANDCARRY back our 2 blue toilet bowls from another country because Singapore no longer carries that brand in the tone of blue that we want. Not any other blue, not any other brand, but a Particular Blue and a Particular Brand.

We have no complains but were full of satisfaction when we found, ordered and brought them home!
*Super Duper Thumbs Up*

Ooohhhh, and my blue glass basin too!
It Must be Blue and it Must be Glass, that was MY desire.
It was the reward from many days of 'legwork'.
Thank you Dearie for making me so happy!
Maybe because I am more of a 'anything also can' kind of person most of the time...so a little indulgence once in a blue moon is fine.
*wink*

When we went there in the afternoon, these welcomed us :~

The Protective Cupboard Sheet for the bedroom doors

When we went back again in the evening, the guys were still clearing the last few trolleys of debris from the kitchen and toilets...
All the NEW tiles were brought up and the sand were poured into the different sections of the house...
