Popcorn House, its a Japanese cuisine....its called Pepper Beef Rice.
Its served on a hot plate with raw slices of Beef on top of cooked rice and sweet corn...you can add cheese if you want to too... which is a MUST FOR ME! *laugh*
they you are suppose to 'cook' your meal on that hot-plate on your own with 3 different gravy choices and savour the goodness... YUM!
