Ok, Allan and I are talking again.
The silence-breaking sentence was, "I'll be meeting a client at 9.30pm"
And I said, "Orh."
That was yesterday.
When he came back, he received a phone call from my MIL saying that my BIL is in hospital. So that was THE THING that got us back to normal.
This morning, everything is ok with us already.

Glad things are back to normal. I don't blame you for your outburst. Brad and I are that way, the way you described, rarely, rarely fight, great friends. If I were in your situation I would have probably handled it the same way...
