Did you feel it?
Ooops!
I'm sorry...
This post is for Singaporeans only.
For my non-Singaporean readers: Singapore is a country WITHOUT any natural disasters. So this is pretty exciting!!!! *giggle*
I stay in the West.
Was doing my usual net surfing when my body and my PC screen started to sway.
I yelled "Dearie! Earthquake!"
He insisted that I was feeling giddy.
He even tried to prove me wrong by putting bottles of water on the floor to see if there are ripples.
There wasn't.
*Humph!*
Next moment, my friend MSN me 'shouting' "Earthquake!!!"
So I was NOT giddy afterall!!!
Oh dear, I was so paranoid for those 2+minutes, I forgot to look at the time.
Now its 6.44pm, I felt it some minutes ago.....
(10.35pm: Just saw an article which explains the tremors felt over here.)
When things don't go your way, you either get bitter or better. What's your choice?

A World of Possibilities
When you search with an open mind
When you feel with every cell
When you believe with every breath
When you listen to your heart
When you speak from your soul
A World of Possibilities will unfold

For the past week, over and over again, this had happened.
Over and over again I saw the impossibles became reality.
Over and over again I witnessed the 'how I wish' to 'yes I own it'
Now, I can't wait to wake up, even though my head is not on my pillow yet, to witness another moment of 'Impossibilities Is But History'.
Have an OUTSTANDING Week, Everyone!

Sony Ericsson C905
I have dumped my mobile phone on Saturday.
My 5th phone.
My ideal phone.
My favourite phone.
~ because of the colour
~ because of its 'slim figure'
~ because its Nokia
~ because of its buttons
Yet, in less than 1 year, I have brought my phone down for servicing twice!
First visit to the servicing centre was because of the colour of my photos. It was way off and there was always a pink patch on the top corner.
On top of that, the 'top cover' of the phone kept dropping off and the 'catch' was broken because of continuous re-inserting it back in place.
Second time, the phone could not be switched on AT ALL!!!
2 weeks ago, I completely lost the 'top cover'. Now that its exposed, it was more vulnerable. There were so many occasions where I could not hear the caller's voice at all. *faint*
So enough is enough, I changed it.
Being a Nokia die hard fan for a decade, for the first time, the 'different' Angeline bought Sony Ericsson.
My aim was simple. I wanted a great camera phone. That's it. Forget about the 'sexy figure', forget about not wanting a slide-up or a flip-up... such limiting criterias had done me no good in the past, so I'm discarding them once and for all too.
So welcome my new phone >
Sony Ericsson C905
8MB Whoo-hoo!!!
The extra bonus was I got the colour which I like!!
On the shop display, it was just black or silver.
I was overjoyed when the nice sales rep told me that there was golden bronze.
Cool!
See the difference in the thickness? Its a big change in me to be able to accept such a thick phone... *pat on my shoulder*

Song Sharing Sunday - #37
Every Song reminds me of a person, an event, a place, a smell, a taste....a secret, do you have a song to share today?
No Limit - 2 Unlimited
Lemme hear ya say yeah! (wow!)
Lemme hear ya say yeah! (wow!)
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no ,no ,no, no there's no limit!
no, no, no ,no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no there's no limit!
No no limits, we'll reach for the sky!
No valley to deep. No mountain too high.
No no limits, we'll reach for the sky,
we do what we want and we do it with pride.
Lemme hear ya say yeah! (wow!)
Hard to the core, I feel the floor.
When I'm on stage, yo, ya answer more.
I'm on the edge, I know the ledge,
I work real hard to collect my cash!
Tick tick ticka tick take your time,
when I'm goin' I'm goin' for mine.
Open your ears and you will hear it.
I tell you this 'cause there's no limit!
No, no, no, no, no, no, no ,no ,no, no, no, no there's no limit!
Ow! Hey yay yeah hey hey!
Now, now, hey yeah yeh hey hey! Hoo!
No limits allowed, cause there's much crowd,
microphone check as I choose my route.
I'm playing on the road; I've got no fear,
the south from my mouth is on record here.
There never will be no mountain too high.
Reach the top, touch the sky!
They tried to diss me cause I sell out...
I'm making techno and I am proud!
(Mr Linky has been giving me problem. Hence I've decided to strip it completely)

Pre-Birthday Celebration
My girl gang gave me an early birthday celebration yesterday at Seoul Gardens.
I had one of THE BEST moments with the girls yesterday, partly because we finally get to see Peiling (back left) after almost a year.
She has been busy ever since she became a mommy a year ago. So there were lots of catching up among the five of us.
Thank you Peiling for 'giving me face'. *wink*
Baolian (beside me) gave us an after-meal treat at TCC.
It was towards the END of that hour+ of chatting, on the big comfortable sofa, that I received a huge surprise, which elevated my mood even higher:
I won a cake, Ooops! its a SLICE of cake through TCC's scratch and win.
I have not won anything through such lucky draw for more than 2 decades now!!!
And this would not have been possible if it wasn't Baolian (Beside me) who paid for the after-meal treat at TCC and handed me the lucky draw card.
And for the birthday girl (Me!), Baolian gave me an extra treat to savour the goodness of Devil Chocolate Cake. Oooooooohhhh Yum! Thank you Baolian.
I claimed my prize and chose a pumpkin cheese cake for Allan; to thank him for taking care of the boys while I had a smashing great time with the girls. *wink*
And these were the presents from my four 19-year long friends.
Thank you girls!
**Ling, you mentioned in my previous post about not seeing my face with the new hairdo, so here it is to satisfy your curiosity. But not 'accurate' though, cos I pinned it up. In case you can't recognise me, I'm the EVERLAST girl. *giggle*

Hair
I gave myself a birthday present this year.
I permed my hair 11months ago.
The curls were almost gone.
So from this....

my hair became
4 inches shorter
much curlier and lighter shades

Song Sharing Sunday - #36
Every Song reminds me of a person, an event, a place, a smell, a taste....a secret, do you have a song to share today?
September - Earth, Wind and Fire
Do you remember the 21st night of September?
Love was changing the minds of pretenders
While chasing the clouds away
Our hearts were ringing
In the key that our souls were singing
As we danced in the night,
Remember how the stars stole the night away
Ba de ya - say that you remember
Ba de ya - dancing in September
Ba de ya - never was a cloudy day
My thoughts are with you
Holding hands with your heart to see you
Only blue talk and love,
Remember how we knew love was here to stay
Now December found the love that we shared in September.
Only blue talk and love,
Remember the true love we share today
Ba de ya - say that you remember
Ba de ya - dancing in September
Ba de ya - never was a cloudy day
Ba de ya - say do you remember
Ba de ya - dancing in September
Ba de ya - golden dreams were shiny days
Some bells were ringing
Our souls were singing
Do you remember, never a cloudy day?
Ba de ya - say that you remember
Ba de ya - dancing in September
Ba de ya - never was a cloudy day
Ba de ya - say do you remember
Ba de ya - dancing in September

Healthy Tips 4 of 4
Ever wonder why is it so hard to commit oneself to exercise at least 3 times a week?
The last one would really depend on how important it is for you to stay in shape. We hear so often that people, men AND women, are unsatisfied with at least one part of their body, yet they are not doing anything about it. I fall into this group of people too. I guess we just like to complain. If we do fix that part(s) of the body, we would have one less thing to complain about. *giggle*
But for 1-4, I realise that there are no more excuses!!!
On the last day of the Seminar, I learned about exercising to MY VERY OWN HEARTBEAT RATE.
When you exercise by monitoring your heartbeat rate, you would know if you have overdone or underdone your workout. Overdoing will cause number 1&2 to happen and it builds muscles. Underdoing means you are not burning excess fats as you wished to.
Hence, when you exercise according to your heartbeat, you won't feel physically stressed, stiff or exhausted, 'cos its what your heart/body can-handle-range. And since such awful feelings are off every time when and after you exercise, then you can STICK to staying healthy forever!!! And you could do any exercise in the comfort of your own home for only 45mins, so this solve number 3&4. If one can spend 2-3 hours infront of the TV, what is 45mins? In fact you can jog on the spot while watching your favourite TV programme!
I bought this on the very next day after the 4-Day Incredible Seminar by Tony Robbins. It was really hard to exercise within my heartbeat range at first, because it was too easy!!! *laugh* My detector kept beeping non-stop asking me to "slow-down".... "SLOW DOWN!!!!" *laugh*
First day was horrible, I either went below my range or way above. But practice makes perfect. Second day was better and third was almost problem-less to stay within range. Now, to stay in range was easy peasy.
Everyone has a different range according to your age. This is a universal formula. Even when I went to purchase the heartbeat rate detector, the salesgirl uses this same formula too.
use 180 less your age = your maximum heart rate
eg. for me, 32 (since my birthday is not over yet for this year) 180-32 =148
so my range is 138 to 148. Workout within this range for 45mins at least 3 times a week is recommended. So I have committed myself to exercise by running on the spot at home in front of my window on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. *wink*
Remember to always warm up and cool down before and after exercising ok?
Happy Workout Everyone! *wink*
- Because we ache the next morning....?
- Because we have muscle cramp.....?
- Because we are lazy to 'dress up', travel to the gym or the running track....?
- Because we cannot find time....?
- Because we simply could not be bothered?

My Wedding Ring
I interrupt the healthy posts with this : I LOST MY WEDDING RING!!!!
Damn!!!!
Yes, its been loose after I gave birth to Binbin. But I have been 'keeping watch' for 4+ years. The worst part is I don't even know when or where did I lose it. Damn!!!
Its 1.27am now, we searched the house for a good 15mins (not that my house is big, but we were detailed!) to no avail. Damn!!!
I was really upset at first until Allan responded in words.....
"Maybe the Universe is telling me that its time to get you a new one. A bigger carat." He laughed.
"I'm sorry Dearie."
"Nahhh...Its just an item which I gave you."
"So are you saying its NOT important?"
"What's important is how you feel about me mah."
I went over and gave him the biggest hug ever.....
****I wonder will a new ring be my birthday present on Thursday...hmmmm....

Healthy Tips 3 of 4
food...Food...FOOD...FOOD...FOOD...
This was the reward from my crazy shopping on Tuesday, 8th September. I have never bought so many fruits at one go before. Never! And I loved it!
Its all about BALANCE. Its all about keeping it SIMPLE. Its all about providing what my body truly NEEDs, in order to stay healthy.
Living with such diets that is completely meatless seem totally way overboard to many. But what separates me from them is the word 'understanding'.
Because I understand what I have been eating for my past 30 years, my health is a report card, I choose not to continue.
Because I understand how my body works and what my body really needs.
Because I understand what do I ultimately want to achieve with my body or health for that matter.
Staying healthy is not good enough for me. I want to be able to stay healthy and strong enough to see my great grand children! *wink*
After seeing the documentary video on how MEAT is processed during the Seminar, I have definitely turned my table over on the thought of putting meat into my mouth. I am not promoting anything here. I am just sharing my huge change in my life, my perception, my understanding of what food is really beneficial to my body and what poison it.
So now, I have greatly reduced my 'meat' intake. In fact, I limit it to seafood only. Over the past 11days, my only meat intake was on Sunday when I am at my MIL's place. Ate fish, 2 parts of a crab and 2 pieces of prawn. Enough toxic. *laugh* I left the chicken and the pork alone completely. I don't feel guilty, 'cos I know 99% of my diet now is GOOD for my body. That 1% doesn't hurt much.
Did my 'tyrant' MIL support me? She was a vegetarian for 30 years!!! So what do you think? *wink*
My daily dose of chocolate has reduced greatly too, to one tiny M&Ms a day. Poisoning myself with caffine (from chocolate) was what I did in the past everyday. I choose not to let go of this love of mine, merely reduce it.
Knowing what to eat is important BUT knowing HOW to eat is even more crucial!
Another great learning on the 4th day of the Seminar was what food should never be eaten with another.
For example Proteins group should not be eaten with Starchy group. Because our saliva produces acid and alkali to digest different groups of food. Imagine if you eat fish (protein group) with rice (starchy group), your body produces acid and alkali at the same time to digest two different groups of food. And when acid and alkali combines, what do you get? Neutralisation.
Now you neither have enough acid or alkali to digest the food. Hence you are actually straining your digestive system, prolonging the time for your food to be digested and hence wasting energy which could be put to better use. That also contributes to the little tummy that so many wants to get rid off. *wink* So how you combine your food is extremely critical!
-------------------------
On 12th September, I went for another round. I swear that I have never bought so much green in a single shopping trip in my entire life!!!
I am seriously addicted to my new eating habits. It fits perfectly into my most dominant personality > LAZINESS!!!
*huge laugh*
No cooking is required. Just cut, wash and eat!!! How easy can this be?
What's best is, there are so many combination! Its just unlimited! I have not repeated any combination yet and I have so many more choices yet to explore!!! This is more than Perfect for me. *Big Grin*
Yesterday, for the first time, I cooked what I eat (instead of raw) and my small family cleaned up EVERYTHING! *laugh* Ok, the most unhealthy one was probably potato strips fried in Olive oil. *giggle*
Have a Healthy Weekend, everyone! *Muack*

Health Tips 2 of 4
....and so, on Tuesday (the day after the seminar ended) I went shopping. Mad shopping for all the water-rich food and natural nutrients for my body, before I do the real test of detoxification.
You will get to see my shopping rewards in tomorrow's post. Today, I am concentrating on the big test of being sick and not going for a single tablet or syrup for the very first time.
Day 1 (Tuesday): I started to sneeze in the evening. I knew my body has started to eliminate the toxins in my body through the mucus. Yippee! It was just watery, not slimy at all.
What did I do? Laugh alot, breathing exercise, drank lots of water and eat only salad and fruits.
--------------------------
Day 2 (Wednesday): Woah! The sneezing increased and I was cleaning my nose so much that the skin around my nostrils was sore and peeling. There were times I got sick of blowing my watery mucus out, I rolled the tissue into mini-tampons and stuffed into my nostrils to let it soak. *laugh*
Evening came and my throat started to itch. Here comes running-nose good friend : COUGH. I was coughing every now and then throughout the night.
What did I do? Smile alot, breathing exercise, Light exercises, drank lots of water and eat only salad and fruits.
------------------------
Day 3 (Thursday): My mucus started to show my favourite colour. It was flowing as if the tap was unscrewed!
Cough worsen too. Instead of now and then, it was every other minute.
My temperature rose to 37.4, would not consider that as fever though.
So, What did I do? Continued to smile alot, breathing exercise, drank lots of water and eat only salad and fruits.
-------------------------
Day 4 (Friday): My running nose stopped completely in the afternoon. My cough was less frequent. My temperature was still kept at 37.4.
What did I do? Laugh more, breathing exercise, Light exercises, drank lots of water and eat only salad and fruits.
----------------------------
Day 5 (Saturday): I was as energetic as a monkey! Completely recovered.
This was the first time, I did not turn to any medication. This was the first time my abdomen no longer have that occasional pain. Its been 10days and no pain has been felt at all!!! Yippee!
Allan loved what he saw. He chose to let his body detoxify since Monday, 14th September and he is pressing on really well. *Smile*

Healthy Tips 1 of 4
On the 4th day of Tony's Unleash the Power Within Seminar, I learned one of the most valuable lesson ever!!! Something that will benefit me for a LIFETIME!
For years, I have the thought that I will be dying young. My dad's family have heart diseases, my dad had so many heart and nose operations, I have lost count; and yes, he died of heart attack at the age of 54. My mom had cancer, relapsed after 10 years, saved and had signs of relapse again and again. No, she did not die because of cancer.
Hence, from a sick-stricken family background, you can't blame me for having such weirdest thoughts that I might die of heart attack or cancer.
4th day was HEALTH DAY!!! And after this day, I know I will live long to see my grandchildren or even great grandchildren, unless I died because of car accident. *giggle*
Do you know being and STAYING HEALTHY IS SO EASY??!!!
Its not even chicken feet, its ant's feet!!!!
It was an 8 hours seminar on the last day, I am not going to write a documentary here, I'll just highlight the main points:-
In order for us to survive, we need our cells to be alive. Common Sense, yes? When our cells perish, we perish.
Did you know that our cells can live FOREVER!!!???? Proven by Dr. Alexis Carrel
So what do cells need in order to stay alive?
Oxygen and Water.
When there is lack of oxygen and water in our cells, they lose their bounce and they start to 'stick' together, instead of bouncing off from one another. When more are accumulated, the less active they become and that's when 'problem' starts to arise.
Our Maker has given us a magnificent body. Our body is created in a way that it can self heal, so long as we LISTEN to it.
Since our body is so powerful, you may ask, then why do we fall sick? WE!!! are the cause of our own sickness. The Primary cause of illness is due to the accumulation of toxins in our bloodstream.
Toxins start to build up in our body through 3 ways:-
Just like what Dr. Isaac Jennings, the founder of philosophy of natural hygiene said "Disease is due to a deficiency of force." In other words, disease is a sign that the BODY is trying to cure itself!
Whenever people are sick, they turn to medication straight away, because they find that having mucus dripping down from the nose is inconvenient. But what the body is trying to do is eliminating toxins through the mucus. So instead of listening to our body, we are too eager to STOP the inconvenience, which is actually the cure, by putting in more toxins (man-made medication). *faint*
I experienced what it was liked to be cured by my body itself ...which I will talk about tomorrow... and seriously, all you need is breathe, have lots of fresh water intake and rest. Nothing else. Staying healthy is THAT SIMPLE.

- We eat too much 'unhealthy food' so much so that the body cannot eliminate fast enough.
- Inhaling or eating or drinking too much substances that your body CANNOT use.
- Having too much acid in our diet.

Life Will Never Be the Same Again
Indeed that is true for me. Life will NEVER be the same again.
The biggest change is not only what goes on in my mind but what goes on in my life. Yesterday, a really 'old' reader sent me an email asking how did I feel after the 4th day. She can't wait for my 'slow' updates over here, she was really eager to know... *giggle*
Thank you for your enthusiasm, JJ! *huge hugs*
And this was my reply:

And this was my reply:
*giggle* Thank you girl for this email. I'm overjoyed that my excitement could pass through the monitor screen to reach you.....*giggle*
There is a HUGE change in my life ever since the first day of Unleash the Power Within (UPW) and I am loving every moment of my life now.
From someone with a bullshit belief that I am not worthy to be happy, to someone who can find every reason to smile and laugh, my family has seen the significant change in me. On top of that, from a non-vege-cum-non-fruit eater to abstaining from meat (except seafood) WILLINGLY (for a week now), completely on fresh vege and fruit diet; I breathe better, think better, feel better, its just OUTSTANDING! Seriously, I DON'T think I'll ever touch meat again.....
Not only that, I have committed myself in doing breathing exercises and physical exercises. UPW is not just a motivation seminar. In fact its NOT. It is a seminar like a Gigantic Mirror. You learn about your TRUE inner self. You learn what triggers you to move on in life and what holds you back from achieving whatever you want; be it happiness, better relationship, financially.... Its a all rounded seminar about YOUR LIFE, which includes your health too.
Before UPW, I was hospitalised for 13 days (5+7, in a single month) with still 'unknown' causes. My liver almost failed and the pain needed morphine to stop (as you'd already know). Now, I no longer have that pain anymore, my body is MY doctor, my healthy diet is MY medication. I am completely way over the moon!
Everyday new opportunities are showing up at my door, nahhh... not literally, but you know what I mean right? *wink*
Last year, I went for Tony's Unlimited Power and my 7 years of fear in driving was eliminated in that few hours. Now, all it took was 4 days and my LIFE is completely different now. Better and Happier.... so much more to look forward to everyday, so many more reasons to sleep late and wake up early.... 'cos life is just too exciting for me now.
I am super grateful to Tony. Words can never describe...
Thank you girl once again for being such a faithful reader. Thank you.

Song Sharing Sunday - #35
Every Song reminds me of a person, an event, a place, a smell, a taste....a secret, do you have a song to share today?
Life - Haddaway
Life life will never be the
life life will never be the
same
time is getting old
what is going on
what is on your mind
are your feelings gone
need to see it there
where do we go
why are you doing things
all the things you do
life will never be the same
life is changing
life will never be the same
life is changing
everybody needs
somebody to love
to love
everybody needs
somebody to love
to love
in the name of love
you should draw the line
got to feel secure
that you're still mine
life will never be the same
life is changing
life will never be the same
life is changing
everybody needs
somebody to love
to love
everybody needs
somebody to love
to love
life will never be the same
life is changing
life will never be the same
life is changing
life will never be the same
life is changing
Life life will never be the
life life will never be the same
(Mr Linky has been giving me problem. Hence I've decided to strip it completely)
So if you would like to join in the fun, leave a comment with your Song Sharing Sunday post's URL and don't forget to grab the meme's badge above using the codes provided and I'll hop over to 'listen'...

Unlesh The Power Within - Heartbeat
Everyone has Down times.
Depressed experiences.
Discouraged moments.
Desperate encounters.
Don't you just dislike the letter 'D'??? *giggle*
During the first day, I learned an extremely powerful lesson.
"All it takes is just a heartbeat! to get yourself Up! Determined! Clear! Certain! HAPPY!!!!!"
Yes!
All it takes is a heart beat!
Think of an extremely hilarious situation.
Think of an extremely absurd action that you would DO TO YOURSELF that will make you laugh non-stop for at least a minute of more.
Think!
Think Hard!
If you are NOT laughing yet...you are failing this test!
*laugh*
Once you get it, all you need to do is think of that hilarious situation, do 'that' action to yourself whenever you have all those 'D' moments and Whoo-Hoo! Your 'right' mood is back on track!
Sound too simple? Too out of the mind?
Guess what?
Life was meant to be SIMPLE before Adam ate the apple, isn't it?
It was MAN who always complicate things and make a mountain out of a mole hill.
*wink*
I find it really hard to bring my spirit down after knowing "Calling Tokyo... Calling Tokyo..."
*huge fat laugh*
This is a 'secret' between me and everyone on the first day of Unleash the Power Within.
Yes Mark?
Yes Ming?
How to have a 'D' moment now that we know about "Calling Tokyo... Calling Tokyo..."
*huge fat laugh* again!!!
So go! Your life can be changed for the better.... happier....
When you are bright and chirpy... your mind thinks better and you'll be surprise that after that hilarious laugh, you have the SOLUTION to your problem.... any problem!
Go!
Get your life change!
Cheers!!!
Mark, Ming.... "Calling Tokyo....Calling Tokyo....."
*HUGE FAT LAUGH*....

Unleash the Power Within - Fire Baptism
That was what I called it on the first day.
The main thing that struck me was everyone is empowered with CHOICES. Though many KNOWS this truth, but hardly anyone choose what truly makes them fulfilled. Many have thoughts that discourage, dis-empower and many didn't know that 'sacrificing' is NOT the key to happiness. One have to know your own value system and in-line it with your belief system. Often they contradicts.
Mine definitely did. When you can see your 'truth' staring back at you, you can better know how to straighten things out.
Thinking that one's sacrifice will be appreciated. Many 'big egoistic talkers' say "One should not EXPECT rewards when one has given or sacrificed for any other." Such are liars.
Everyone on earth is created to love and be loved. When one has given and not appreciated by the receiver, be honest, don't your heart cringed?
Yes, minutes later, hours later or even days later, one 'psycho' yourself out of that awful feeling and start making excuses or I would prefer to call them 'stories' to lift oneself OUT of that awful feeling of not being loved, not being appreciated.
Throughout the 4 days, I have received many gifts, some of which will stay with me for life, some of which I have yet to experience.
Some of my friends asked, "Why do you need to walk on fire?" The answer is simple. It is a test of your state of mind. How strong is your state of mind? How focused are you in doing what you want?
There is only ONE THING on earth that stops everyone from being the person they truly want to be. There is never a point whereby a person would say, "Yes, I am happy with what I have and I want no more." Such person who doesn't seek growth, dies. There is ALWAYS something that the person wants more in his or her life.
So what is truly stopping everyone?
FEAR.
Many run away from feeling fear, hence they will never progress. Others choose to fight fear, in the end they got tired and hurt. So what's the solution?
DANCE WITH YOUR FEAR.
Move with your fear and before long, 'fear' becomes tired, because it has no power over you already. When you dance with your fear, you turn it into POWER! And with that power, you can do anything and EVERYTHING!
Before we stepped out of the seminar hall to put what we have learned into action, many have already let fear won the battle. They sat down. They did not even step out of the hall. They chose not to go through it.
Some were really pumped up. Very confident that they can and will achieve. But when they were nearing the coals, they fled. Literally, running back to the air-conditioned room. They gave up.
But majority, went for it. Even the oldest participant, age 112, Auntie Teresa, she went for it. She came specially for this and no fear could stop her. *Applause*
Some had blisters after the walk. Some didn't. Its all about the state of mind when you were walking through the fire. Did you lose your focus when you were walking? Instead of focusing on getting across, one chose to focus on the heat, the pain on the skin, the sharp coals.
I had blisters. My buddy had blisters too. No excuses. Simply a lack of focus when we were on it. So there is a lot to learn about ourselves.

I Am On My Way
Yes! Yes! Yes!
I am perfectly well for the Big Anthony Robbins 4-FULL Day Seminar tomorrow!!!
Yippee!!!
I am so excited, it feels a little like the day before my wedding! *laugh*
Not only because I am going to have my life changed for the better again, but that tomorrow is FIRE WALKING day!!!
Of all the 4 days, tomorrow is THE DAY that I have been waiting for. To be able to walk on fire, I'll be invincible after that!!!
But before all the excitement I must start digging for my coupons, 'cos from my experience, there will not be enough time to buy food during the 40 minute breaks. Sing Expo, with its limited number of eateries and to accommodate more than 5000 people in that short time is just impossible.
I would be lucky if I can find Starbucks coupons.... *giggle* Anyway I will out of the house when the kids are napping to shop for small snacks to bring there for the next 4 days.
Whoo-hoo!!!
Have a Great Day everyone! *wink*

I Hate H1N1
Because of H1N1, I could not go to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia back in June for T. Harv Eker Seminar. A trip which I had planned for 6 months.
If the boys are NOT well by this Friday, which is another 2+ days, I would NOT be able to attend the Anthony Robbins seminar, which I had waited for 1 YEAR!
Or worse, if my doctor's suspicion (this morning) came true, that I may be down with the virus too, then I CANNOT GO at all!!!
*Arrrrggghhhhh*
I Hate H1N1~~!
Oh please.... its my birthday month!!! Can I have some good things to blog about?
